Working on a summary of the changes to the new federal civil rules and would like to modify the contents of an existing comprehensive .pdf file (link just below).? Because of the file's?table formatting, even converting to a text-editable version doesn't really help--still very tricky?adding/deleting text so as to?keep the same layout as in the .pdf fomat.
