Can anyone advise me as to the proper way to cite the above referenced
publication? I've seen various formats but cannot pin down the correct
way to cite it.
Here is what I have for my particular information:
Medicare Carriers Manual, CMS-Pub. 14, Part 3, Section 2051.1, Trans.
No. 1764, August 28, 2002
Is this correct? Thanks for any advice.
