I've two cites that are either incorrect or...something else got garbled
in translation. We're looking for articles authored by Michael G.
Tannenbaum.
1) "U.S. Perspective" from The Capital Guide to Alternative Investment
as published by ISI. Could not find the chapter in the TOC from the
publisher's website.
2) "Domicile Comparative Analysis of Certain Offshore Jurisdictions"
from The Capital Guide to Offshore Funds (2000). This appears to be out
of print; found the TOC on amazon and don't see a chapter title that
matches.
If you know where these actually might live, please illuminate! If you
have them; even better-please share! Thanks in advance.
