I am trying to find the "issue date" for an opinion issued by the
Pennsylvania Bar Association Committee on Legal Ethics and Professional
Responsibility. It is Formal Opinion 2007-100, captioned "Client
Files-- Rights of Access, Possession and Copying, Along with Retention
Considerations." I called the Pennsylvania Bar Association, but they
will not give the information to folks who are not members of the
Pennsylvania Bar. If you are able to find the actual date when this
opinion was issued, I would appreciate the assistance. Thank you.
