We are searching for NYS Public Service Commission opinion #95-15 for
case #95-T-0248. The opinion was issued on 9/14/95 and although we can
locate related rulings on the PSC website, we are unable to find this.
Repeated calls to the PSC have produced nothing (except a very
frustrated Reference Librarian) and I have an attorney who is growing
more anxious by the minute. If, by some miracle, one of you has already
tracked this down, would you please share? I would also be thrilled to
hear from anyone who has had to deal with the PSC in an attempt to
locate documents. If you were successful, I would love to hear your
strategy!
