I am dreading seeing how much it will cost us to stay current with the FRCP.
Between Lexis and West, the thought that we will not have to deal with all that messy filing means we will have to pay for a brand new set, I assume. I wonder how many other Lexis and West titles Law Libraries across the nation will need to cancel in order to stay current with the FRCP.
Unbelievable.

As nightfall does not come all at once, neither does oppression. In both instances, there is a twilight when everything remains seemingly unchanged. And it is in such twilight that we all must be aware of change in the air however slight, lest we become unwitting victims of the darkness.
Justice William O. Douglas, US Supreme Court (1939-75)
