Cross-posted. We apologize for duplication.

We wanted to let you know what LexisNexis is doing to provide our
customers with the up-to-date coverage of these rule changes. Since we
know how critical it is to understand and stay current on these rule
changes, we have ensured that our core litigation solutions are updated
in a timely manner.

With regards to our pamphlets, the Moore's Federal Rules Pamphlet will
be shipping to customers on December 14 with all the updated rules
integrated in the pamphlets. This 4-volume set (civil rules, evidence,
criminal, and federal judicial code) not only contain the rules but
commentary, annotations, and analytical cross-references.

In addition, our flagship litigation title, Moore's Federal Practice,
will be fully updated with the FRCP changes on lexis.com at the
beginning of December. The print sets will ship mid-December and will be
complete content replacements for the volumes that cover the FRCP - no
need to worry about cumbersome filing! If you want to see a handy
comparison between the current rules and what they will look like on
December 1, you can access the Revision of the FRCP on lexis.com now.

In light of the FRCP changes, we are excited to be introducing two new
litigation solutions in the upcoming weeks. The first is the Moore's
AnswerGuide: Federal Pretrial Civil Procedure. This handy title provides
analysis around your basic questions about federal pretrial practice.
We've developed the publication with dozens of helpful checklists, as
well as textual features highlighting warnings, circuit split decisions,
and more. The FRCP changes are reflected in this new title, available
both in print and online. Secondly, we are introducing Moore's Federal
Litigation Online Forms, a comprehensive forms set with practice aids,
all designed to streamline your research.

Please contact your LexisNexis Librarian Relations Consultant if you
have any questions regarding the FRCP changes and our solutions that
reflect these changes.

Thanks.
