Hi all:
One of our attorneys pointed out that the current 2007 Revised Edition of Federal Civil Judicial Procedure and Rules contains both the pre-12/1 and the revised post-12/1 versions of the rules, including a note explaining each 2007 amendment.
There is no need to rush out and buy the Handbook.
