Still coming up amazingly empty on this one. Constructed searches of
WorldCat, then combed IndexMaster, Thomson West, Lexis, PLI, ABA's web
store, Aspen/Wolters Kluwer all to no avail. My patron is insistent
that there must be, has to be a treatise out there that only deals with
this topic. Even if someone could just confirm for me that there isn't,
that'd be really helpful, too. Thanks!
