Good Evening Everyone

I have a patron here in Chicago who is interested in tracking environmental legislation as it winds its way through Congress. Specifically, she is interested in finding some sort of resources that she can use to track bills that are in the mark-up stage.

Typically what happens is that word gets out either via the press or a call to a legislative aide that a certain bill is in mark-up. My patron would like to be able to see the "results" of the mark-up sessions.

My question is as follows: Is there some sort of alert service that a person can subscribe to to find this information out and if so, how much does it cost?

Please feel free to contact me off list with any insights you may have. I will send out an email with a list of sources that people send me so that everyone can have the benefit of the information.

  Regards
  Eugene
