Can anyone offer suggestions on how to locate an article on an explosion
that took place in Arizona (do not have city or county name) and a
person name J. Benson (not sure if it's a male or female) who won a
$250,000 award. An insured product allegedly caused the explosion. I
have a date of April 6, 1979 but unclear as to whether or not this is
the date of the explosion or the date of the settlement.

Various local library sources (Ebsco, ProQuest, etc.) - most of which
did not go back that far

contacted the librarian at the Arizona Republic (haven't heard back from
her yet)
contacted our local newspaper librarian
Any leads, ideas, thoughts - there all welcomed.
