Does anyone know where I might find a sample of an Answer and
Counterclaim in a Modification of Custody case? We are particularly
interested in something in a Maryland court, but we will take anything
at this point. There do not appear to be any sample pleadings for this
on Lexis or Westlaw or in the family law books we have consulted. We
have the blank forms from the court, but our attorneys (who are
representing a pro bono client and have little experience in this area
of law) are hoping to find a sample for this type of pleading. Thanks
in advance for any help you can provide!
