I am looking for the following HUD consent orders referenced in "Use of
Recreational Facilities by Children, Directive Number: GME-0012, dated
September 29, 1992.
Secretary v. Huie (HUDALJ 06-89-0401-1)
Secretary v. Lerner (Case No. 09-89-1172-1)
Fernandez v. Kastes (Case No. 04-89-0350-1)
I have told they may be in Fair Housing - Fair Lending from Aspen,
discontinued.
Any pointers?
HUDALJ is doing a manual search of their much move files.
I requested help from John Marshall Law School Fair Housing Legal Center.
I tried searching fairhousing.com but due to a loss of funding, their data
base is not accepting new searchers.
