FYI, for anyone who has this question in the future, here is the reply I
received from the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center:
 
"I regret to inform you that the Center does not disclose to third
parties details on the proceedings it administers or has administered,
unless authorized to do so in writing by both of the parties."

        Good morning,
        Does anyone happen to know if there is a way to access
Complaints filed with WIPO's Arbitration and Mediation Center Domain
Name Dispute Resolution Service?

        I have located the decisions on the Arbitration and Mediation
Center's Web site at http://www.wipo.int/amc/en/domains/
<http://www.wipo.int/amc/en/domains/> , but I can not find the
Complaints. The WIPO case search tool only retrieves the basic facts of
the case (parties, decision date, etc.) with a link to the decision.

        Westlaw and Lexis both have databases of the decisions, but I
can not locate a source for the Complaints.

        I have sent an e-mail to the Arbitration and Mediation Center,
but it's 8pm in Geneva now so I'm not expecting a quick reply.

        Any assistance would be appreciated.
