Here is the problem. One of our attorneys is researching the Delaware
Judicial Ethics Advisory Committee. The Delaware State Courts website
(http://courts.delaware.gov/jeac/) says that the committee is
established by Rule 18 of the Rules of Procedure of the Court on the
Judiciary. The website also links to the Rules of Judicial Ethics
Advisory Committee, which says the committee is authorized by the Court
on the Judiciary Rule 13. The question is-does one of these documents
contain a typographical error? LEXIS doesn't give any guidance as to
whether the rules were renumbered, etc.
Any help with this from the list would be appreciated.
