Good morning,
Does anyone happen to know if there is a way to access Complaints filed
with WIPO's Arbitration and Mediation Center Domain Name Dispute
Resolution Service?

I have located the decisions on the Arbitration and Mediation Center's
Web site at http://www.wipo.int/amc/en/domains/, but I can not find the
Complaints. The WIPO case search tool only retrieves the basic facts of
the case (parties, decision date, etc.) with a link to the decision.

Westlaw and Lexis both have databases of the decisions, but I can not
locate a source for the Complaints.

I have sent an e-mail to the Arbitration and Mediation Center, but it's
8pm in Geneva now so I'm not expecting a quick reply.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
