I am trying to obtain copies of pages from what I believe is a discontinued
looseleaf treatise, formerly published by Kluwer. I think it ceased
publication in 1996.
It's by Klaus Vogel, et al, United States Income Tax Treaties. The pages
I need are at A.1 on Art. 5(5) of OECD Model Treaty.
If anyone can supply a copy, we'd be happy to pay copying and mailing costs.
