Good afternoon all,

I am hopeful that there is someone who is familiar with Canadian Bankruptcy Court resources who can point me in the right direction. I am trying to determine if there is a system similar to PACER for bankruptcy filings above the northern border. I found the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy site and saw where I can search the historical filings for a fee. However, it is unclear what type of information you will receive. Will this system actually give you access to the documents that are filed in the case or at least a list so you could contact them for copies? If it matters, the case we are looking for should be in British Columbia and is very recent.

I have never had to look at anything that far north so while I am trying to educate myself there is (of course) a pretty tight deadline. I would appreciate the opportunity to learn from someone else's experience.

TIA!
