Law-Libbers -

Are any of you using Complinet, or any other due diligence tool, to
evaluate potential new clients for your firm? If you don't use such a
product but another department (Conflicts, Accounting, someone else)
does so in your firm, I'd be interested to hear that as well.

Complinet is a web based product that allows a user to log in and search
on people/company names against their data set. When users initially
configure the software, they decide which sources you want to search
against, selecting from a list of 126 different agencies and
organizations (e.g., the OFAC list, other "suspect client" lists.)

I'll summarize results for our list.

Thanks in advance!

Mindy
