Is anyone familiar with Swiss Law, particularly in the Canton of Geneva?
The question I received is: "Does a judge have complete discretion to award
or deny attorney's fees because the indemnification is determined by
equitable principles?" From what I've read, procedural indemnification is
set in equity by the judge and the dispositive part of the judgment
indicates that the procedural indemnification constitutes an interest in
attorney's fees.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Madeline
