I earned my J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2003 and was planning to apply
to M.L.S. programs for 2008. My husband is a Captain in the Marine Corps
and was recently recalled to active duty for a third deployment to Iraq. We
decided that the timing would be better for me to wait to attend school
until the fall of 2009, but I would really like to gain some practical
experience in the interim.
I am looking specifically for a position in the Bay Area (San Francisco,
Peninsula, San Jose). I am open to an entry-level job or internship in any
type of law library on a full-time or part-time basis. I am available to
start anytime after the Thanksgiving holiday.
