The deadline for the next round of Continuing Education Grant proposals is
due one week from today on November 8th. If you have a proposal for a
program, please submit it!
The CPE committee's mission is to provide funding to AALL HQ, chapters,
SIS's, member institutions, caucuses, and individual AALL members to assist
in providing ongoing quality continuing education programming outside of
the AALL annual meeting, which can be distributed to a wider audience. The
grant can assist program content (speakers, venue, etc.) or the method of a
wider distribution (podcast, webinar, etc.)
And no, the grants can't be used to host open bars even if you do have a
volunteer speaker. But thanks for asking. And yes, you must be a current,
paid member of AALL to submit an application.
