I am sending this out for a librarian who does not have access to Law-Lib.

He needs information/verification on the percentage of increase of costs to use for his Budget.

I already suggested Mr. Svengalis's "Legal Information Buyers Guide".

If you can share the percentage of increase in your budget and how /where you got it, I will forward the answers to him.
