Good morning - I'm trying to get a copy of an agreement recently
(10/27/07) entered into between Gov. Spitzer and the US Dept of Homeland
Security. It deals with Enhanced driver's licenses that comply with the
REAL ID Act. I've found many articles but not the actual agreement.
Calls to both Spitzer's office and Homeland Security have been
unsuccessful. I thought maybe someone (perhaps in NY) has been asked to
get this and can help.
