We've checked all the usual suspects and aren't finding anything that
follows contest/sweepstakes law, which seems hard to believe, given the
proliferation of lotteries and other games of chance. Before I talk one
of my attorneys into writing one, can anyone recommend some sources? So
far all we've found that's been helpful is the monthly Entertainment
Industry Litigation Reporter (Andrews Litigation Reporter) by West and
Gaming Law: Cases and Materials, 2003 , Lexis. Any further suggestions
would be greatly appreciated.
