Sources for FASB 5 Response Letters ?

I am not very familiar with accounting resources. An attorney in our
office has heard that there might be a database or ABA guide to FAS No.
5 with recommended attorney responses or sample responses. Is anyone
familiar with resources in this area? I have checked Westlaw, Lexis,
browsed CCH and the internet. I did find the book "Auditor's Letter
Handbook" which seems relevant. I just want to make sure that there is
not a major source out there that I am missing. Any advice is greatly
appreciated.
