I am trying to get a copy of material from the most recent supplement
for BNA's Downsizing: Law and practice by Ethan Lipsig. We have the
1999 supplement and that is the most recent one listed in FirstSearch.
Does anyone have a more recent supplement?
I need the Supplement material re: Ch. 5(E)(10) - Employment
Termination Programs.
I have determined from talking with BNA that Downsizing has been
replaced by Reduction in Force which has just been received for
shipment. The person I talked with told me that Downsizing hasn't been
updated since at least 2004 but I can find no record of a supplement
since 1999.
Any information or help appreciated.
