Hi everybody,
I'm a library student who aspires to be a law librarian. After working in
several law firms as a library assistant and learning about diversity
programs, I wonder if these diversity programs would apply to any other
minorities besides the "officially designated" ones. My native language is
Russian, and I would like to connect to other Russian-speaking law
librarians who work in the U.S. law firms to find out how they entered the
profession and whether they had any specific difficulties because of their
background. I would appreciate and welcome all your responses.
