I've been asked to track down a copy of the 2002 Void / Cancelled
Proclamation as it was published in the Wilmington News Journal or the
Delaware State News. Apparently, the governor makes a list of
corporations that no longer exist and the list is published at the end
of October each year. We are aware that one can purchase a CD of this
list from the Secretary of State, but the attorney I am working for
would really like the version that was printed in the newspaper. If you
happen to have a copy of this you could fax to me, or if you know the
exact date it was published in the papers in 2002, I would appreciate
your help.
