Some time ago the Florida Supreme Court suspended access to circuit
court documents online until they came up with a decision on how to
protect privacy.
To my knowledge the suspension has not been cancelled.
However, I am being told that court filings for Lee County Florida from
the docket list is available online. Does anyone if this is true.
A call has been placed. I am waiting for a call back. Until then, if
someone knows for certain I would appreciate enlightenment.
