Last week CVM enacted a Release requiring, among other things, that
Brazilian public companies identify all their shareholders - including
up to the level of individuals - which DIRECTLY or INDIRECTLY hold 5% or
more (of any type or class) of shares of Brazilian public companies.
I have searched for this on the Brazil CVM website - but I believe part
of it may be blocked from my computer. I have not been able to locate
it via news searches as well.
Perhaps I have some incorrect information - or I am just missing it. If
someone can provide some clues on this - I would be happy to share.
Thank you.
