Hi all,
I am looking for statistics on the caseload of the Commercial Division
of the Supreme Court, New York County.
In particular, I need to know (i) the number of new cases filed in the
commercial division in the last full year for which the numbers are
available; and (ii) the average number of months from filing to
disposition
I have checked Lexis, Courtlink, Westlaw, and contacted the Commercial
Court Clerk's office, to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated.
