The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Reporter treatise was originally
published by Business Laws but is now a Thomson/West publication; it
is available on Westlaw in the FCPAREP database. The citation you
have may be to the old formatting of the treatise as published by
Business Laws and that Thomson may have redone the numbering system,
so you will want to determine the substantive nature of the citation
and verify that in the database.
