This one is a law-lib repeat offender.
I have seen a 2002 law-lib request for this exact citation (without a
date) but attempts to contact the sender have failed. I have also seen
page 101.018 of Volume 1 of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act by West and do
not believe it is a match.
Business Laws had a 1978 publication titled Foreign Corrupt Practices
Reporter by Hancock...that might be the source.
