I think it depends on the title. Court reports, as you know, are worth
almost nothing today with people giving away F., F.Supp., etc.
However, a set of Texas Reporter (Cases?) may have some value to some
people in Texas; same with digests or citators (though not as much with
latter). I agree that the treatises may be half to 3/4 depending on title;
some sets are worth more than others like Wright and Miller. This is
assuming they are up to date and not current.

my 2 cents having just done a small appraisal.
