Hello -
I have an attorney who would like to publish an article about patent law
/ litigation in a "Japan-targeted" (his words) publication.
Someone had recommended to him a publication called ILS, which I believe
stands for International Legal Strategy. Unfortunately, I haven't had
any luck tracking down the publisher. The only library listed in
WorldCat as having holdings is the Library of Congress, but I can't tell
if any of their holding are current. ILS is published by ILS
Publication, Inc. (variously called Journal Interworld. If anyone can
tell me how to contact the publisher of ILS - by any name - I would be
truly grateful.
Alternatively, if anyone can recommend other legal or business
periodicals intended for Japanese companies / executives (whether in
English or Japanese) that might be interested in an article about US
patent law / litigation, I would appreciate those leads as well. I will
be happy to summarize responses for the list.
Thank you,
Wendy
