I am looking to see if anyone can provide me with an old English case and two statutes. (1500's- 1700's). I can't locate it in any of the usual places, and I don't have access to the UK database (Jurist). Thanks in Advance.
1. Twyne's Case 3 Coke 806, 76 Eng Rep 809 (Star Chamber 1601) I have seen that part of this case is reprinted in Warren and Westbrook's Law of Debtors and Creditors- but I need the whole case.
2. Statute of 13 Eliz. c. 5 (1571) dealing with Fraudulent Transfers
3. Statute of 4 Anne c 17 (1705) dealing with exemptions
