There was recently some press about Intelius unveiling a cell, unlisted,
and non-published number database. I haven't used it though.

Subject: Finding unlisted phone numbers, cell number owners, et.
Have you ever needed to find an unlisted phone number, owner of a cell
phone number, or a physical address belonging to a P.O. Box address?
I get these requests from time to time and have seen services on the web
that claim to be able to obtain this information.
Has anyone had experience using these services? Are they reliable and
do they get results? One of the services I am thinking about trying is
iinfosearch.com. Has anyone used this service?
