Have you recently received a notice from W.S. Hein that the print
edition of Foreign Law Guide is being discontinued and it will only be
available online? What do you think of the pricing? We paid about
$1300 for this looseleaf last year. We understand that the online
edition has additional features but it is used here infrequently and
mainly by our research librarians. We requested a single user
subscription ($1930), but the authors/publishers responded that due to
our firm's size and "impressive" international practice, we will need to
pay for a double subscription ($3860). That seems like a rather
excessive price increase. Any thoughts from others? Do you have online
now - is it worth the added cost?
