Ahh. The "Cone of Silence" idea from "Get Smart" - it's time has
finally come ;-)

We have the same situations in the law school. We tread that fine line
of offending our "paying customers." Funnily enough the students often
police themselves, especially during finals - there is no tolerance
for cell phone usage in the library and the offenders find themselves
quickly chastized by their fellow classmates.

But, Sharon - it's Texas, just shoot it out of their hand! ;-)

Everyone have a great weekend!
Monica
