Thanks to all who responded to my request and my apologies for the delay
in posting the responses.
www.mediregs.com was a suggestion that several offered, although not as
comprehensive as the online version of CCH's Medicare and Medicaid
Guide, it looked promising.
"Medicaid and Medicare Claims and Procedures" by McCormick from West is
a book that was suggested.
For us, we have decided to stay with the CCH MMG online, although we did
cancel one of our print subscriptions to help offset the large increase
in costs of the online version. We already have the book that was
suggested.
