Thank you all who supplied me with feedback about Bloomberg. I am sorry
this update has taken a while. I have been out of the office and during
that time signed off the list.
As I promised, below are the replies I received.

I have done some federal docket tracking with it and have been pleased.
I think it is more timely than Courtlink and CourtExpress
 plus it's part of our contract so I do not have to pay extra for the
tracking.

saw your posting on Bloomberg and concur with Lucy. I am in the middle
of a trial. I am impressed with their product. The majority of the
people I have come in contact with have been arrogant and talk down.
Can you please share with me any other feedback you get. Thank you

Wealth of info within system which would be inaccessible any other way;
Bloomberg not so good at fleshing it out for the law firm community
Help Desk "challenged":
* they are not used to the type of questions law firms request;
* no phone assistance (you first have to send than instant message
with question THEN ask them to call you to work thru query);
* no comparison to the level of service one rcvs from Lexis or
Westlaw (or even Dialog)
BLAW (Bloomberg Law) is a growing service -- only six years in the
making -- I was one of their original contacts when they began
envisioning content.
It is frustrating to work with, but I go back to my original statement:
Wealth of info within system which would be inaccessible any other way.

I've tried using the {BLDA <Go>} function -- without success. All I can
do is create a folder. The function might still be under construction.
Are you using the same {BLDA <Go>} function or something else?

We looked at it ; but I have no opinion on the product. I was too
incensed by the condescending to librarians and confrontational to
CourtLink and
CourtExpress tone of the sales representative's presentation.
