My assistant has looked for the following without any success and we wondered if anyone might happen to have this available. We are looking for the NY State Law Revision Commission, 1955 Report 669. It should deal with the UCC and that is about all I know about it. I have no idea how long this might be so we would welcome any assistance someone could offer.
