Alternatives to Federal Almanac of the Judiciary?

Law-Libbers -

Ah, the budget winds are blowing...

For several years, we have subscribed to Aspen's electronic platform for
Federal Almanac of the Judiciary. CCH, who now controls the
publication, has quoted us a price that is 402% (no, that's not a typo)
greater than the old Aspen price. CCH will not let us carve out a
less-expensive subscription for our litigators; rather, they base their
quote on firmwide number of attorneys.

Since we can't afford 402% increases in our resource costs, particularly
when our budgetary powers that be know that inflation is in the low
single digits, we're looking for alternative products that provide the
same or similar content. Anyone have any good ideas? (We know that we
can pull some information from individual websites; we're hoping to find
more of a "turnkey" approach.)
