Hello,

We did not receive our August 2007 issue of "North American Wind Power."
I have left a message with the publisher's circulation department, but
in the meantime, I urgently need a copy of the following article, which
appears in the "Spotlight" section of the August 2007 issue:

"Developers Consider Options In Oregon: An RPS and other new laws in
Oregon will draw even more wind development to the state."

I know this paper is large and cumbersome to copy, and I would be so
grateful if someone could fax/pdf me a copy. I can pay reproduction and
transmission costs. Thank you in advance for considering this request!
