Need sources for sales statistics

I have an attorney who is looking for web-sites that would be useful for
(1) general information re dairy and beef cattle and (2) statistics for
sales of cattle or dairy ranches. I have found several general sites,
but nothing specific enough. Any help or ideas will be appreciated.
