We are reevaluating the training we offer to new associates and would like to
know how training is handled in other firms. Currently, new associates at
our firm go through a library training that consists of a presentation
regarding internet resources and a tour of the library. We only offer
training on how to use our print resources if an associate asks for
additional assistance.
Are other firms taking the time to show new associates how to use print
resources correctly? If so, how much time is devoted to training new
associates to use print resources?
