I'm in a hurry to locate a copy of a 1997 FHWA "On Guard" bulletin cited
as:
FHWA, DOT, On Guard 25:1 (January 1997) (prepared by Office of
Motor Carriers) (Publication No. FHWA-MC-97-004)
The bulletin concerns the safety qualifications of CDL license holders.
If anyone out there has access to this document, I'm happy to cover any
reasonable expenses or fees. I have already submitted a request to the
FMCSA, but I have a feeling they're not going to come through in time.
