Does anyone a copy of the above article and wouldn't mind sending a
fax/pdf of the six pages. The site is 38: 14-20. We'd gladly pay any
charges.

I can get it online but they only provide access to the article for 1
day and the cost is $15 dollars. I hate to pay the money only to lose
the access after 24 hours.

If anyone has any other ideas on how to obtain this article, I would
gladly appreciate the advice. I've called Cornell and left a message,
so far no one has returned my call.
