I have searched Worldcat, Westlaw, Lexis, GPO, and the CRS Archive at
the Univ. of No. Texas, and have not been able to find another reference
to this legislative history. I have also tried contacting the author,
Virginia McMurtry.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Any assistance would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks in advance.
